Minimum Requirements
When creating a PDF template, ensure the following elements are included:
Address
Date
Order Number
Entities
Transactions
Stock Location
Image (ID and reference)
These fields form the core structure required for generating a complete and usable document.
How to Access the PDF Template Editor
Follow these steps to create or update a PDF template:
Step 1 : Navigate to: Orders → Settings → PDF Template → click on Create
OR select an existing template to update
Step 2 : Enter template name and Subtype for which this template needs to be generated.
PDF template can be created for :
Inbound orders
Outbound orders
Move orders
Disposal orders
Step 3 : After selecting or creating a template, you will be redirected to the editor screen
In the editor:
Configure the layout and required fields.
PDF editor allows :
field type entity : where you can enter any field as per the subtype.
2. You can enter text, table, images and barcode fields as well.
3. Once done editing > click on “Save”
Step 4 : Navigate to a processed inbound order > click on Generate PDF > PDF will be downloaded
