How It Works
Selecting Stock Locations
Before: You could only select the location you were physically in.
Now: You can filter between one or all stock locations in your company using the dropdown in the header.
Open mobile application > Navigate to stock location dropdown > select location > click on save
Note: You cannot deselect all locations unless your account has zero stock locations.
Viewing Tasks and Orders
The task view displays only orders and tasks for the selected locations.
Stock view and quantities are updated based on the selected locations.
Filters on Bins are also visible only for the selected stock location.
Performing Actions
Whenever you start an action (like a Quick Action or Quick Count) that requires a stock location:
A panel appears from the bottom prompting you to select a location.
This list will only show the filtered locations.
Filter Behaviour
Single Location: Only data for the selected location appears.
Multiple Locations: Data from all selected locations is combined.
All Locations: View matches the “no filter” or default state.
Deselection: Attempting to deselect all locations is not allowed (unless zero locations exist).
