Ventory allows users to create and manage Inventory Count tasks directly from the mobile application, making it easy to perform stock checks on the go.
Follow the steps below to create an Inventory Count task on mobile application:
Step 1 : Navigate to “+” icon on the bottom right > Select “Create inventory count”
Step 2 : Select the following on this step and click on “Next”
Select the inventory count type - Cycle count or Blind count
Select the stock location
Select a due date if it is mandatory
Click on the checkboxes as required for validation
Step 3 : Select bins/products/lots/containers to be counted as required > Click on Next
Step 4 : Select the users that should execute this inventory count > click on “Next”
Step 5 : Select the users that should count the task if the discrepancy threshold is reached > click on “Next”
Step 6 : Select additional users that should receive the report > Click on “Done”
