Quick Action Inventory Count allows users to perform fast and simple inventory counts directly from the mobile application. It is designed for quick verification of stock in the location where the user is currently working.

A Quick Count is always created from the mobile application.
The count applies to the current location, covering all bins and products within it.
Once created, it can be completed either by scanning or by entering quantities manually.
In this article, we will walk through how to create a Quick Action Count using the Ventory mobile application :
Step 1: On the Ventory mobile application, confirm that the correct stock location is selected, then tap the “+” icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 : Select “Create Inventory Count”.
Step 3 : Enter the type of Inventory Count > Select the Stock Location > Select the products > Assign a user to the task.
A Quick Action Inventory Count is completed in the same way as a regular cycle count - either by scanning or by entering quantities manually.
